Meet Uncle Lou

The host of Uncle Lou’s Kitchen the vegan cooking channel on Youtube where the aim is to Veganize literally every dish on earth, travelling the world and filming grandmas, village elders, locals and even himself cooking the dishes he’s picked up along his travels to 30+ Countries.
The recipes are fun, interesting and most importantly, VEGAN!

Sometimes I have a special guest...

@unclelouskitchen

so my eldest wanted to make chocolate balls, it was messy but worth it. This is a simple and easy recipe (I mean it this time! 😅) 100% vegan as always. I hope you enjoy it as much as he enjoyed turning my kitchen into a warzone. ingredients: 1 pack biscuits 100g dark chocolate 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup oat milk 1/2 cup dessicated coconut once rolled out, refrigerate to until stiff and serve. Enjoy! #veganrecipesmadesimple #easyveganrecipes #chocolateballs #cutebaby טבעוני

Vegan food has been around for centuries, and it has evolved and adapted to various cultures and cuisines. From Italian to Indian and everything in between, there is a world of vegan cuisine waiting to be explored.One of the most popular vegan dishes around the world is falafel. This Middle Eastern dish is made from ground chickpeas and spices, formed into balls and then fried. It's typically served in a pita bread with vegetables and a tahini sauce. Indian cuisine has a variety of vegan options, such as chana masala, which is a chickpea curry made with spices and tomato sauce. Another popular vegan dish is aloo gobi, a spiced potato and cauliflower dish that is both hearty and flavorful.
Japanese cuisine also has a wide range of vegan options, such as vegetable sushi rolls, which are typically made with cucumber, avocado, and carrot. There is also tempura, which is a dish of battered and fried vegetables, such as sweet potato, eggplant, and green beans.
Italian cuisine may be known for its cheese and meat dishes, but it also has some delicious vegan options. One popular dish is pasta primavera, which is pasta with fresh vegetables and a tomato sauce. There is also bruschetta, which is toasted bread topped with tomato, garlic, and basil.

Vegan food from around the world offers a diverse range of flavors and textures that are sure to satisfy anyone's taste buds.
