How to make Vegan Smoked Salmon

- 1 jar
Ingredients
- 3 large carrots Thin sliced
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 TBSP liquid smoke
- 1 tsp vegan Worcester sauce
- 2 sheets nori seaweed (finely chopped) (use scissors)
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 stick cinnamon (2cm)
- 1 pinch dry dill
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- 1 whole clove
- Salt water - enough to fill the jar
Instructions
- Start off by peeling the carrot into thin slices
- Steam the carrots until soft and floppy
- add the ingredients to a jar and fill to the top with saltwater
- allow to rest for 4 to 6 days, shaking the jar on a daily basis
