Not only is black bean sauce delicious, but it’s also a great source of protein, fibre, and iron, making it a nutritious addition to any vegan meal. Fermented black soybeans are rich in antioxidants and probiotics, which support digestive health and boost the immune system. By incorporating black bean sauce into your meals, you’re not only enhancing the flavour, but also providing your body with essential nutrients.
