Vegan Chicken in Black Bean Sauce

Today we'll be showing you how to make Vegan Chicken in black bean sauce (I'm using Yeo's but you can use Lee Kum Kee)

Yeo's Black Bean Sauce (250 Gram)
you can use Lee Kum Kee Sauce too

Instructions
Chop the onion into quarters
Chop carrots, mushrooms, garlic and mushrooms into thin slices
Chop the green pepper into 1 inch chunks
Add oil to wok on high flame
Add in onions for 30 seconds or until they start to blister
Add in the garlic and rest of vegetables except for the peppers
Add in the vegan chicken strips
Once cooked, add the green peppers (do this last to retain the crunch)
After a minute, add the MSG or salt
Add a few teaspoons of water just so the veg doesn't stick to the base
Stir in and then add the black bean sauce and the rest of the water
If you see it's too runny, wait another minute or 2 on the flame, it will thicken
Sprinkle on sesame seeds, green onions and sesame oil
Serve with rice
