How to cook with Lee Kum Kee's Chili Garlic Sauce
Equipment
- 1 Wok
Ingredients
- 2 Handfuls Mixed Vegetables of choice
- 1/2 Onion quartered
- 2 Tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Vegan Oyster Sauce (Sometimes branded as Mushroom sauce)
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon MSG Optional
Instructions
- In a wok add cooking oil (Preferably ground nut oil)
- Fry onions until blistered
- Add in the rest of the veg
- Add the MSG and stir fry for 30 seconds
- Add in Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and water
- Add in vegan oyster sauce
- Serve with rice and garnish with green onion.
