Vegan Spelt and Seed crackers
Ingredients
- 1 cups spelt flour
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Pupmkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven on 180*C / 355*F
- Prepare ingredients
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl
- start kneading into a ball until all is combined
- split the ball in 2 and on some parchment / grease proof paper, place and flatten one of the balls and cover with a second layer of paper
- roll out until flat and 1/2 cm thick
- slice diagonally and do the same the other side to make squares
- place in oven for 30 minutes or until brown and crunchy
