Ingredients
  

  • 1 cups spelt flour
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pupmkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven on 180*C / 355*F
  • Prepare ingredients
  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl
  • start kneading into a ball until all is combined
  • split the ball in 2 and on some parchment / grease proof paper, place and flatten one of the balls and cover with a second layer of paper
  • roll out until flat and 1/2 cm thick
  • slice diagonally and do the same the other side to make squares
  • place in oven for 30 minutes or until brown and crunchy
  • Serve and enjoy
