to a mixing bowl add in the water and yeast and whisk
set aside for 5 mins
add in the rest except for the salt and mix on a low speed until combined and then add the salt
proceed to mix for 10 minutes and cover with a towel and set aside for 2 hours at room temperature
The dough will have inflated to at least triple in size it's ready.
roll out the dough into a log and split into 3 equal parts
separate each ball and flatten with rolling pin to 1/2 cm thickness
next roll them into thin tubes
Next with the 3 thinner rolls/tubes pinch the top and start braiding as shown in the video
place on baking tray
brush with plant based milk and sprinkle on some sesame
bake on preheated oven for 20 minutes on 200*C / 390*F
let rest and enjoy this crispy outside and fluffy on the inside challah bread
