Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside
Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat.
Start with the onions, let them sit for a few seconds so they char
Add vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until they are slightly softened.
Add in the light soy sauce and MSG and stir
add in the garlic 30 seconds before adding in the noodles
Add the cooked noodles to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the dark soy sauce over the noodles and vegetables and stir until everything is coated and coloured
Add in the beansprouts and green onions as the last fresh ingredients
Continue to stir-fry for another minute and serve
Optional ** you can add sesame oil but this isn't common practice in the take-outs.
