Equipment

  • 1 Wok

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Stir Fry Noodles Check ingredients for eggs
  • 1 handful Beansprouts
  • 1/4 Carrot thin sliced
  • 1 medium Onion Cut into 4 segments
  • 1 handful Mixed veg (include green bell pepper) Equally sliced in shape
  • 1 stem Green onions 1 inch slices
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic puree
  • 1 teaspoon MSG Optional
  • 5-10 slices Bamboo Shoots canned

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside
  • Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat.
  • Start with the onions, let them sit for a few seconds so they char
  • Add vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until they are slightly softened.
  • Add in the light soy sauce and MSG and stir
  • add in the garlic 30 seconds before adding in the noodles
  • Add the cooked noodles to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the dark soy sauce over the noodles and vegetables and stir until everything is coated and coloured
  • Add in the beansprouts and green onions as the last fresh ingredients
  • Continue to stir-fry for another minute and serve
  • Optional ** you can add sesame oil but this isn't common practice in the take-outs.
