  • add in the remaining powdered ingredients and now start kneading into a ball
  • the doughball should be sticky but not leave a wet mess on your hands
  • cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour
  • after an hour, the ball will have doubled in size, pinch off 100 gram pieces and knead each one by pinching them from underneath and repeating (watch the video for instructions, this is important)
  • you should have around 8 balls
  • roll out the balls, flip them over and roll again and round them off with your hands, flipping them over is important as it will increase the chances of a pocket that's of equal thickness on both walls
  • place in a preheated oven on 250*C or 480*F and the pitas should each take around 2 minutes to rise. keep an eye out on each one so it doesn't burn
  • fill them with your favourite toppings or use as dips! Enjoy

It can be filled with a variety of plant-based ingredients, such as hummus, avocado, veggies, or tofu, to create a delicious and nutritious meal.
