start off by flouring your surface
roll out the dough to 1/2 cm thickness
with a bowl carve out a circle shape
you should end up with 13 patties
Get ready, the filling is going in!
place 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of the patties
place your finger in water and circle the outside of the filling to make it adhesive
Fold over and seal it with the end of a spoon or chopstick on the outer edge

Preheat the oven and grease the baking tray
with plant milk, brush the surface to create an 'egg wash'
Place in oven on middle shelf for 30 minutes on 180C or 355F
