fry the onions, garlic, half the amount of the spices and garlic paste
add in the vegan mince and parsley and fry until cooked and set it aside
Artichoke Sauce
In a separate pan, fry onions and add in other half of spices alongside the tomatoes and some more parsley. cook until soft
Filling the artichoke
Take the artichoke hearts and fill them with the vegan mincemeat
Coat the artichoke in flour as shown
the end result should look like this
lightly fry the artichokes until they are crispy on the outside
lay the artichokes in a baking tray and pour on the sauce
cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes on 180*C / 355*F
Sprinkle on some parsley to garnish and it's ready! (and delicious)
