Peel and cube the potatoes
Slice the sausages in equal sized pieces
Chop the onions
Cut the red peppers into equal squares and thin slice the chili
Add some oil to a pot and fry the onions
add in the peppers
Stir the mix for 3 minutes until all is soft
Add in the sausages
Once all is mixed, add in the spices and tomato paste and mix until all combined
Add in the potatoes and stir
Add in water to cover the potatoes and sausages and place a lid on the pot
After 5 minutes you will have some sauce from the pot, extract 4 cups from it and place in a separate bowl
In that bowl, add a teaspoon of salt and the flour and stir until you have a dough
kneed it for 3 minutes
roll the dough into long 'sausages' and cut to create dumplings
Add the dumplings to the pot and cook until they are ready, chewy and delicious!
You'll know it's ready once it's nice and thick! the starch from the dumplings will help thicken the sauce!
